The teacher will give an activity to students by launching Adobe


photoshop in the ICT laboratory computers and familiarize the tools.

Based from the activity, the students were able to learn Photoshop has become
the leading photo editing software from a small editing tool. The beauty of the
Photoshop tool is its unmatched features. It offers several editing features, which are
Photoshop exclusive features. None other photo editing software is much capable than
Photoshop.

Procedure: (40 Minutes)

ACTIVITY 1: ICT Laboratory Activity:


The teacher will divide the students into two by pair, for their Handson
laboratory activity. The students will collaborate each other for the photo modification
manipulation to come up with good output.
The teacher will use the group checklist to monitor student’s performance
during the pair up activity.

people have with this increasingly digital world. While there are many
benefits to living in a connected world, it is important to be aware of
the potential risks as well. With this in mind, let’s take a look at some
of the major social issues in information technology today.

Social issues in information technology can be seen as


anything that impairs the health or well-being of an individual, a group
of people, or society as a whole related to the use and development of
technology. Some examples include online harassment and
cyberbullying, unprotected access to personal data, lack of safety
regulations for data processing, and identification and exploitation of
digital divides.

Uncovering these social issues is critical in order to bring


attention to their relevance in society, but more importantly, so steps
can be taken towards effective solutions. With the proper policies,
legislation, and education surrounding information technology in
place, we can work towards not only improving the present state of
social issues but avoiding any future developments as well.

You are a designer working for the Department of Tourism. Your creative
director wants you to make a postcard design showing the landscape of the Philippine
countryside. Use repetition, pattern, and rhythm in your design. Make sure to show
contrast in colors, shapes, and textures. Creativity and neatness are expected.
Goal: Your goal is to create a postcard design showing the landscape of the

Situation: As a designer you are task to make a postcard design showing the
