1. What is your favourite breakfast, lunch and dinner?

I always make sure to eat breakfast because to me breakfast is the most important meal of the
day.
I usually have a glass of orange juice, a bowl of cereal with milk and slice of toast with
cheese spread or a soft-boiled egg. Then I drink my milky coffee.
I have lunch at my workplace. I really like bean soup, pea soup, meat soup. I especially like
cream soups. One of my favourite is grilled chicken with steamed vegetables and mashed
potates.
For dinner I someties eat a hot meal: if there is leftover from lunch I eat is. But I like cold
food as well: some slices of salami with toasted bread and butter.
2. Have you ever cooked something for yourself? How did you make it?

i can't cook so well yet but i try.

I cook every weekend and every second/third weekday. I like pre-prepared or frozen
ready made foods. There is a great variety of processed foods, and you either have to fry or
heat them, which does not take a long time. If I am very tired we can order from
various food delivery services which are not too expensive.
3. What is your favourite international cuisine?

I like the taste of Italian cuisine. Pizza and all kinds of pasta with tomato sauce taste

wonderful. although unfortunately I have not been in Italy yet, I will try these traditional

dishes.

4. What national dishes from your country would you recommend?

Goulash soup, fish soup, cold sour cherry soup, stuffed cabbage, gundel pancakes, dobos cake

Hungarian cuisine uses all kinds of meat: beef, pork, chicken, lamb and fish, ,combinated with
vegetales and herbs. The wide range of flavours is also due to onion and garlic, red and black
pepper, parsley and dill and our unique thick sour cream

5. What do you think about food additives or preservatives?

6. What do you think of genetically-modified food?

Genetically modified (GM) foods are mainly crop plants created for human or animal
consumption using the latest molecular biology techniques. This technology which alters the
genetic material (DNA) of an organism in a way that does not occur naturally. GM foods are
marketed but environmental activists, religious organizations, public interest groups and
some scientists have raised concerns about them. Most concerns fall into three categories:
environmental hazards, human health risks and economic concerns. In many countries there
are national authorities which conduct human health risk and environmental risk
assessments on GM foods, and GM foods have to be labelled.
