The Municipality has 1 (one) urban barangay as defined by the National Statistics
Office which recorded to have a population of 5,454. This barangay is considered the
favorite location of essential and non-essential establishments and the center of trade and
commerce for many investors. For rural areas, Barangay Taloot posts the highest number
of population of 3,990 which is 5.51 percent of the total population. On the other side,
Barangay Conalum is the least populated area with a population of 585 which is 0.81
percent of the total population. The rural barangay(s) serve as the Municipal’s vegetables
and crops provider.
