Greetings from the Municipality of Argao!

To efficiently plan and manage the development of our most protected town, Argao! The
Municipal Planning and Development Office (MPDO) and our respective local executive,
Honorable Allan M. Sesaldo, have on steadfast to prepare and update our Comprehensive Land
Use Plan (CLUP) for the planning year 2022-2031 in order to include the current policies of the
recent administration.

The purpose of revisiting our outdated CLUP which was historically approved in the year
2006 is to consider the continuing changes in the physical framework of the local government
and adapt the thrust of the present administration.

Also, the directives issued by the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG)
on the compliance of all LGUs shall integrate during the planning stage the mainstreaming of
thematic area and topical plans such as Disaster Risk Reduction and Management and Climate
Change Adaptation, among others.

In connection above, I would like to obtain a copy of the following public records such
as;

a. Area of each barangay (45 Juridical Barangays) in Shapefile Format;

b. Administrative Map of the Municipality of Argao in Shapefile Format;
c. Technical Description with sketch plan of each 45 Juridical Barangays showing the
Barangay Boundary Monuments (BBM);and,
d. Location of the Argao’s Forestland or Timberland in Shapefile Format.
