Born a Shokan, a half dragon half human with 2 extra limb Loktar is
hulking figure standing at more than 8 feet tall with orange skin and
almost 600 pounds of muscle and mass. With his jet black hair tied to a
pony tail and a menacing reddish brown eyes he intimidated anyone who BONDS
crosses his path.

Being born in the mighty race of Shokan, i rarely see any other race as my equal.
Living penniless for quite a while after my banishment makes me quite the penny-pincher.
As a cruel prank when i was a kid, my brothers used to lock me in our family Ooze's pit for hours on end,
even now every time i see those disgusting creatures i can feel my strength leaving me.
When faced with a choice between money and my friends, I usually choose the money.

people , especially to those inferior of him. Proud

and his twin dagger, Bella & Donna he traveled
the land to find a way to prove his innocence and
reclaim what is rightfully his.
