Good morning, everyone.

First of all, I would like to thank God who has been

giving us blessing so we can attend today’s in a good condition.

Today, I want to talk about something very important in our journey as high
school students, namely motivation to study. We all recognize that high school
is a challenging time, with increased academic demands and preparation for a
future full of uncertainty. Therefore, let's explore together how we can build
and maintain a strong learning motivation within ourselves.

First of all, let's understand that motivation is not something that comes by
itself, but something that we have to work on and develop. Remember that
every small step towards knowledge is a big step towards success. View each
subject as an opportunity to grow and develop, not just as a responsibility to
complete.

Next, let's maintain a positive spirit and focus on achievements, not failures.
Failure is not the end of everything, but is part of the learning process. See
every mistake as an opportunity to grow and improve.

Build positive relationships with friends and teachers. Learning doesn't always
have to be done alone. Exchanging ideas, working together on projects, and
providing support to each other are very effective ways to keep the passion for
learning alive. Mr/Mrs Teacher, your role in providing inspiration and support
is very important in shaping our enthusiasm for learning.

Let's create a healthy study routine. Schedule consistent study time, get
enough rest, and avoid temptations that can disturb our concentration. By
creating good habits, we can maintain a balance between studying and rest
time.

Lastly, don't hesitate to dream big. Big dreams require big efforts. Getting
involved in extracurricular activities or projects that motivate us can open up
new opportunities and broaden our horizons. Be a lifelong learner, and enjoy
every process.

Motivation to learn is not the final destination, but a continuous journey. Let's
work together to keep this enthusiasm for learning alive. With a high
enthusiasm for learning, we will become agents of change for a better future.
Thank you for your attention. Let's prove together that high school students
are not only looking for high grades, but also growing as individuals who are
committed to lifelong learning.
