Savings/Investment Options

• ASEFISERV (Asociación Solidarista) - Associates can join starting on the first day of employment.

Fiserv's associates are saving 5% of their monthly base salary, Fiserv will save for the associates 3%

after 3 months of active employment. After 18 months of employment, Fiserv will save for the
associates

4%, and after 36 months,5%.

• Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) - you choose an amount between 1% to 10% to be

automatically deducted from each paycheck. These contributions are later used to purchase shares with
company discount at close price. The period to purchase shares opens every three months.

Saturday or Sunday since Fiserv will normally moved those

to Friday or Monday respectively. Those that are moved by

law to Monday will be observed that day.
