Introduction to Computer
Reflection

In this time and age of generation computers are at mostly in every

home, mostly can have or had the ability to use computers. As we are
experiencing this Pandemic for the Covid19, computers are very important for
this has been one of the means of communicating especially to the students,
teachers, and all those jobs who can do work from home.
In this lesson, we had learned it might not be all but mostly about
Computers. such as, the usage of it, Computers can be use in several things,
you can pay your bills through it, you can have fun from it by playing online or
offline games, or can also be a way or means or communication to your family
or loved ones that you cannot meat specially in this time of pandemic. its
Component are different pieces of electrical hardware that join together to
make up the complete computer system that consists or made up of 4 main
types first we have the input Device example of this are the keyboard, mouse
etc. Second is the Output Devices where monitors and speakers are examples.
Third is the Secondary Storage Device and the examples of it are CD/DVD
Drive and Hard Disk Drive etc., lastly, the Processor and Primary Storage
Device where the CPU and RAM are located. We had also tackled about the
Software, which is a program and routines for a computer or the program
material for an electronic device which make it run examples of a software are
Excel, Windows or iTunes. We had also tackled about the difference between
the Network and the Internet. Internet is a global system that use TCP/IP
protocol suite to link various types of electric devices worldwide. The internet is
a type of network and called network of networks. While network in the other
hand, is two or more connected computer which can share resource like a
printer, an internet connection, application, etc. It is a collection of computer
systems and devices, which are linked together using a wireless network, or via
communication devices and transmission media. The network provides
connectivity between computers and devices within a restricted range where
only one entity is controlled or authorized to manage the entire system.

Computers can do good or even bad to us, in using Computers it can be

beneficial to you one example of which is that it can reconnect you to your
loved ones that are far from you though having video call or just email it can
also give you entertainment by having or playing online or offline games. But
also, it can give you harm, example of which is that with so much time facing
the computer, it can damage your eyes, it also release radiation that is harmful

for everybody specially in the child and to those who are pregnant. It also give
laziness to people. Above all, in the end of the day, it is up to as on how we
handle our health, how we handle every circumstances. It only takes self-
management, we should always remember that everything has their own limit
even us, Humans.
