Description
I am a Business Analyst on a migrating project from Salesforce to Oracle Fusion. The project involved
developing an ERP solution for employees of our client. The software aimed to provide HRMS, Finance, and
CRM Modules. I was involved in the Finance module dealing with the General ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash
Management, Accounts receivables and accounts payable.
My responsibilities included ensuring, documenting the software, and performing various tasks such as
collecting requirements, exploring functionalities, Client Meetings and interactions and Teamwork.
Project 2 Business Analyst
Duration: April 2-Augest2023
Description
I worked as a Business Analyst on an internal project called PMT. The project involved developing software
to track projects and the employees associated with them within the company. The software aimed to
provide information on project status and employee availability.
My responsibilities included ensuring a user-friendly interface for easy access, documenting the software, and
performing various tasks such as collecting requirements, exploring functionalities, reviewing the user
interface (UI), creating user manuals, and identifying any flaws in the system.
Project 3 Business Analyst

Description
The Visa App project aims to streamline the management of a large pool of applicant data by providing a user-
friendly platform. We have implemented an agile project management approach to develop a responsive
businessprocess support system. This system effectively handles various tasks and operates globally. Our
system offers features such as appointment request processing, auditing, business intelligence, fee
payments, document delivery and tracking, personal information collection, and information services.In my
role, I utilize the Jira tool to track requirements and collaborate with different teams. My key
responsibilities include gathering system requirements specifications (SRS), writing user stories and
acceptance criteria, preparing Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) documentation, utilizing tools like Jira,
and actively participating in team communication and meetings.
Project 4 Business Analyst
Duration: August 2022 to October2022
Description
I worked on an internal project called Certification Tracker. The project involved developing software to
track the certification process of employees within the company. The software aimed to provide a
platform for employees at various levels to monitor and manage the certifications of their colleagues
easily. My workprimarily focused on ensuring a user-friendly interface for easy access and documenting the
software.
In my role, I had several key responsibilities, which included collecting requirements from stakeholders,
exploring the functionalities of the software, reviewing the user interface (UI), preparing user manuals
to guide users, and identifying any flaws or issues within the system.
Project 5 Business Analyst
Duration: August 2022 to September
2022. Description
The project focused on developing software for the Insurance domain, specifically for managing
insurance business operations. The software encompassed various operational features from the
administrative side, such as underwriting, policy issuance, team management, claims tracking, legal
compliance, and updating policy information. Additionally, it provided client-side operational features like
login, policy updates, form filling, and payments.
My work primarily revolved around tracking the progress of the working software and engaging in
improvement and development discussions with clients. I was responsible for conducting research and
providing relevant information. I also spent time exploring the various functionalities of the software,
comparing different features, and documenting the entire process.
Project 6 Business Analyst
Duration: March 2022 to July 2022
Description
The project focused on developing software that enables searching, analyzing, and visualizing logs,
providing valuable insights from the data. It served as a tool for log management and analysis within the
organization.
My responsibilities included gathering requirements from stakeholders, conducting research and
providing relevant information, exploring the various functionalities of the software, comparing different
features, and identifying any flaws or issues. Additionally, I was involved in the documentation process,
which included preparing user manuals and reviewing white paper presentations. I actively participated in

revolved around obtaining log data from different sources, ensuring the functionality of the software
