Contract Addendum

Statement of Change

This Statement of Change is effective from the date stated below ("Effective Date"). It is an addendum to your
contract of employment, issued to you by Greene King Services Ltd, and is issued as a consequence of our
agreement that you will commence an additional role of Wacky Team Member ("New Role") with effect from 25
September 2023. The following additional terms and conditions shall apply to the New Role:

i) rate of pay £ 9.00 an hour;

ii) holiday pay will continue to accrue in line with your existing terms and conditions;
iii) you will perform the role at Quays - Billing, Quays, Billing, NN3 9DA;
iv) your indicative hours of work shall be 12 hours per week and will be advised to you in advance, via the rota or
your manager, that you are required to work during the next week. However, there may be occasions when we
need to vary your rota at short notice, due to operational reasons; and
v) expected end date (if known).

In the event that you do not carry out any hours associated with this role for a period of 12 consecutive weeks
this contract addendum will be deemed to have been terminated and you will no longer be entitled to any benefits
attributed to it.

All other terms and conditions of employment provided by the Contract of Employment remain the same.
