VIS Global Pty Ltd (the Employer) is delighted to offer you a Full Time Assignment with Capgemini (the
Host Client).

The details of this Assignment are outlined below;

Position: You will be engaged by the Host Client in the position of IT Support Technician
Industrial In this position the Professional Employees Award will govern
Instrument: your employment during your Assignment with the Host Client.

Should your position change, the applicable Industrial Instrument will be


reassessed and confirmed.

Start Date: Your Assignment will start on 01/04/22.

Your employment is for an initial fixed term of one year. Your employment will
automatically terminate on 31/03/2023.

3 Days a week (Monday to Friday) from 9 am to 5 pm

Place of Work: Your principal place of work will be Asahi & Tabcorp Office at Brisbane, QLD
location.

Rate of Pay: Your rate of pay for the Assignment is $ 242.00 per day
inclusive of superannuation.

Your rate of pay is inclusive of any and all penalties, allowances, overtime and
loadings which may otherwise be payable.

Where your pay exceeds any legislative minimum entitlements, any amount paid
in excess of these minimum entitlements may be used to offset any entitlement
that may otherwise have been applicable.

Company You will be issued with the following company property for the duration of the
Property: Assignment;

(a) Laptop & any accessories

(b) Access Card

This company property may only be used for business purposes. Reasonable
personal use is only permitted where specifically authorised by the Employer.

The use of the company property is subject to the terms and conditions contained
within the Handbook

If you wish to accept this placement offer with the Host Client, please sign and return this letter.

All other relevant terms remain unchanged and are set out in your contract of employment with the
Employer.

Policies

The On-hire Employee Handbook sets out the Employer’s rules and regulations, the policies and
procedures relating to your employment and also contains information on your benefits and protections.
If you require any clarification or additional information, please speak to your manager.

In addition to this Employee Handbook you should adhere to any policies and procedures which may
be in place in your Assigned workplace. You should not direct complaints or queries related to your
employment to the Host Client at any time.
