t. Avoid improper handling of water cooler and window/split air conditioning units
Use special and recommended tools for assembly and dismantling of water cooler
and window/split air conditioning units
!. Ensure that rvater cooler and window/split air conditioning units is connected with
proper electric powel supply.

Procedure

.. Visually inspect unit


l. Removal of loose pafts of storage container of your system
-1. Inspect electrical wiring and components
J. Cut all visible protruding parls and store them separately

5. Unscrew the compressor manually with a spanner


Further dismantling of compressor is done on clean bench
i. Observe the Cut unit of the Compressor
i. Observe the Cut unit of the Condenser
-0. Obser-ve the Expansion unit
:1. Obsewe the Cut unit of the Evaporator
:,2. Observe the Thermostatic switch
i3. Observe the drier
1,4. Observe the OLP
i5. Observe the cabinet with PUF insulation
i6. Observe the Blower
