Hybrid office

Groupmates didn’t come against hybrid office work environment as it would relatively match up
with their satisfactions but when it comes to me, I don’t really prefer hybrid office work
environment as there might arise a number of dissatisfactions and differences as a result of online
working time.(weekly routine changes leading to overall daily changes)

Advantages:

Work-life balance (being able to perform better, finishing the shift early)

Flexibility

Productivity: more employees feeling comfortable performing the tasks at their home sitting with
their family

Disadvantages:

Not having perfect environment for productive work

Inconvenience in catching up with the team

Stability problems

Cultural difference:

In the US it is so flexible that we cant experience cultural difference in working time

But in Japan for example, it is a bit problematic that

In Indonesia it is close to the standards of the US and it is flexible

Changes is HRM in hybrid office
