Memo - Reiteration of Official Time in

TO : ALL EMPLOYEES
Timely attendance is an expectation of performance for all employees. To ensure adequate manning, positive
employee morale, and to meet expected productivity standards throughout the business operation,
employees should be following their workplace schedule.
All employees are ENCOURAGED to clock in 30 minutes before 8:00 AM every working day (Monday-
Saturday). If any employee will clock in 8:01 AM onwards then it will be considered as a late
attendance. Cumulative minutes of late will be in total and deducted every salary date. Three (3)
tardiness incurred in one month shall be considered an offense and will be subjected for disciplinary
action with the following sanctions;
During emergency circumstances, where employees may be tardy in reporting for work (example
road concerns such as flat tire, LTO Apprehension, LTO check point or similar) employee should
inform his supervisor via text message or call. But that doesn’t mean that the employee will be
exempted on being tagged as late, it will still be counted as late occurrence.
In the event an employee is unable to meet his/her expectation, he/she must obtain approval from their
immediate superior of any requested schedule changes including late arrivals to or early departures from
work.
