Terms and Conditions:

1) The employee's gross monthly rate is subject to withholding tax, SSS, PAG-ibig contributions and other government
mandated deductions to be shouldered by the Employee.
2) The Employee is expected to perform the duties and responsibilities his position demands as may be contained in his
Job Description or as may be reasonably assigned to him by AMMSI from time to time.
3) AMMSI reserves the right to terminate the Employee's employment even prior to the expiration of his contract,
for any of the just and authorized causes provided by existing law or for his failure to satisfactorily meet and
comply with established work standards, conditions and requirements. Likewise, failure to report for work for 3 consecutive
days constitutea abandonment of work and will lead to termination from service.
4) The Employee is expected to faithfully abide by all the terms and conditions of his employment, as well as comply
with all the policies, rules and regulations set forth by AMMSI.
5) The Employee agrees that all records and documents of AMMSI and all information pertaining to its business
and its affairs and those of its customers are absolutely confidential. Unauthorized disclosure or reproduction of
the same constitutes breach of confidentiality and will be a sufficient ground for his immediate termination.
6) AMMSI , likewise, reserves the right to assign the Employee to any of its work stations /branches for such
period as may be determined by the Company and whenever operations requires such change/s in work assignments.
7) In case Employee resigns from AMMSI, he will be required to notify letter at least thirty (30) days prior
to the effectivity of his resignation. Failure on his part to do so will render him liable for damages. However, it is
within the discretion of AMMSI to accept his resignation earlier than the expiration of the notice period.
8) The salary herein stated is confidential. The parties hereto agree not to make unauthorized disclosures except as
may be legally required by competent authority or applicable statutes.
9) This contract ends on the date specified without need for a formal notice.
