Anderson and Anderson (2003) explain that narrative is a text that tells a story and, in doing so,

entertains the audience. It has character, setting, and action. The characters, the setting, and the

problem of the narrative are usually introduced in the beginning. The problem reaches its high

point in the middle. The ending resolves the problem.

According to Celce and Murcia (2000) defined that narrative text is structured round the
chronological development of events and is contered on a person or hero. Consequently, “A narrative
text is usually personalized or individualized tells about the events related to the person or persons
involved.”

Mark Anderson and Kathy (1997) stated that narrative text are usually told by a story teller. To make
it interesting, a good story must have interesting content. It can make the reader enthusiastic to the

story.

consists of comments by participants, witnesses and authorities experts on the event. Beside that,
