The provided flow chart depicts the recycling of waste paper.

Overall, this process involves six distinct stages, beginning with the collection
of waste paper and ending with the production of usable paper.

At the initial stage of the paper recycling process, waste paper is collected,
either from paper banks where members of the public deposit their used paper
or directly from businesses. Then paper is manually sorted and graded, with
any paper that is inappropriate for recycling being removed. Once the
classification phase finishes, the graded paper is then transported to a paper
mill to be ready for the following steps.

Cleaning is required in stage four of the process. At this phase, foreign objects
such as staples are got rid of from the paper after it has been cleaned and
pulped. At the de-inking stage, all remnants of ink and glue are removed from
the paper. Finally, paper is put into a machine, and then new paper is
produced and is ready to be used again.
