    1. Sara told the examiner that his father frequently invited different women over to their house.

    Flaw: The statement is vague. It used the term frequently and did not include a reason why the
    father invited those women. It would be better to be specific on the number of times Sarah’s
    father invited different women over to their house and the reason why he did. The use of his
    instead of her is also a flaw in the statement.

     Sarah told the examiner that her father has invited different women to drink at their
    house twice.
    2. Bong is a troublemaker and does not have a good grasp of social conventions.
    Flaw: It would be better to specify examples that would show why Bong does not have a good
    grasp of social conventions. Also, it is not proper to call him a troublemaker.

     Bong has showed difficulty understanding social conventions. He does not greet people
    back when he sees them.
    3. Andrew is dirty and disheveled because his family belongs to the low middle-class socio-
    economic status
    Flaw. The statement assumed that Andrew’s hygiene is because of his family’s socio-economic
    status. It would be better to clarify why rather than assuming the reason.

     Andrew’s appearance is untidy. Upon asking, this is because he woke up late and did
    not have time to tidy up.
    4. Anna did not obtain a score of 0 on Vocabulary subtest of WAIS.
    Flaw: The statement is vague. It does not provide Anna’s specific score on the test.

     Anna obtained a score of 70 on the Vocabulary subtest of WAIS.


    5. Cynthia failed items 9 and 10 of the Picture Comprehension.
    Flaw: The statement could have included possible reasons why Cynthia failed items 9 and 10 of
    the Picture Comprehension.

     Cynthia failed items 9 and 10 of the Picture Comprehension because she did not
    understand that there was a time limit with the test.

    the clinician.
