AGREEMENT LETTER

This document contains the list of students who did not comply with the activities from the HGE 1112 –
Pagsulat sa Piling Larang- Akademik from STEM 12-9M, the list of activities is stated below. Non-compliance
with the activity may greatly affect the grade which may lead to a low or a failed grade. Hence, they were
advised to complete the activity until December 7, 2023. Likewise, students who will not submit the activity on
the said date will receive a ZERO score.

In addition, if continuous non-compliance with activities will be done, a parent-teacher conference will be
called as part of the monitoring on the academic progress and behavior of the student/s.

Upon signing this letter, the student acknowledges the agreement.
