1.1 For which tower is this procedure intended for?
1.2 Please identify if this procedure is carried out before or after final PWHT
1.3 Personnel qualifications shall be made valid and available upon ENPPI/SOPC request and attached to
this procedure
1.4 Please remove any irrelevant material that is not included in the columns (Calibration Block Material
shall be of the same product form, and material specification or equivalent P-Number grouping as one
of the materials being examined. For the purpose of this procedure P-Numbers 1, 3, 4, 5A through 5C,
and 15A through 15F materials are considered equivalent.)

PTJ Action
1.1 This procedure is mainly for the technique explanation only and as per paragraph 5 “the pressure
vessel that requires this method will be mentioned in the ITP”.
1.2 See the reply above (#1.1) (in the step no. of the ITP).
1.3 Surely the personnel qualifications will be valid and available upon ENPPI request only and for ENPPI
inspector only. SOPC can ask for it from ENNPI inspector not from PETRJET inspector. The certificate
of the NDE level II who will perform the examination will be attached in the final document (MDB).
1.4 This paragraph is according to ASME V Ed. 2019 Para. T-434.1.2 and we cannot change it.
