Abstract
The Al-Muqoddas Modern Islamic Boarding School Sumber-Cirebon is a waqf
boarding school where the staff give full responsibility to the board of the
boarding school to manage all the affairs of the boarding school. One of the
efforts to utilize waqf assets is in the form of education for Junior High School
and Senior High School. And the focus in this study is to determine the
implementation of Waqf Management at the Modern Al-Muqoddas Modern
Sumber Islamic Boarding School Sumber-Cirebon and to know the supporting
and inhibiting factors in the management of waqf at Al- Al-Muqoddas Modern
Islamic Boarding School Sumber-Cirebon. The method that researchers use is
qualitative research with qualitative-descriptive methods and data collection
techniques through observation and in-depth interviews, and data analysis is
carried out by means of descriptive-analytic. researchers found that the
management of waqf in the Al-Muqoddas Modern Islamic Boarding School is in
accordance with the objectives of the foundation, internal supporting factors
include the quality of qualified teachers, extensive relationships with various
parties, financial support, clear educational concepts, prioritizing discipline.
students and official languages (Arabic & English). Internal inhibiting factors
for the Al Muqoddas Modern Islamic boarding school include the lack of
direction and supervision of junior teachers, the lack of adequate facilities and
infrastructure for students. External supporting factors include the large
number of students from outside, support from Gontor. External inhibiting
factors are less balance between needs and inputs because more needs are
compared to income, formal legality is considered formal if it is in the form of
waqf certificates, administrative and bureaucratic obstacles that occur in the
Ministry of Religion and BPN.

Abstrak
Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Muqoddas Sumber-Cirebon termasuk pondok
wakaf yang mana para wakifnya memberikan tanggung jawab sepenuhnya
kepada para pengurus pondok untuk mengelola semua urusan pondok. Salah
satu upaya dalam pemanfaatan harta wakaf adalah dalam bentuk jenjang
pendidikan SMP IT dan SMA IT Al-Muqoddas. Fokus dalam penelitian ini
adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi Pengelolaan Wakaf di Pondok
Pesantren Modern Al-Muqoddas Sumber-Cirebon dan mengetahui faktor
pendukung dan penghambat dalam pengelolaan wakaf di Pondok Pesantren
Modern Al-Muqoddas Sumber-Cirebon. Metode yang peneliti gunakan adalah
penelitian kualitatif dengan metode kualitatif-deskriptif dan teknik
pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara secara mendalam, serta
analisis data dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif-analistis. Peneliti menemukan
