SOP HANDLING GUEST CHECK IN

 Objective : The proses of serving guests who are checking out


 Steps :

1. Greet the guest by the name.Make sure you also have the eye contact to the guest,and
ask if She or He will be checking out and also check for the expeeted departure lease.
2. Review the bill with the guests.Make sure have the print out the bill and also review all
room service telephone and also minibar charts.
3. Ask about other services for the hotel.and,ask if the customer requires a transport to
the airport.
4. Ask about how to process payment,ask how the guest will pay the bill and then,process
all the charts and present the guests the bill.
5. Ask about their stay.Ask if She or He enjoyed her stay in the hotel.And also perhaps
another time they will make another reservation,then thanks to the guests.Make an eye
contact and thanks to the guests for staying in the hotel.
6. Report back.Report have any complaints and also suggestion to our supervisor.
