HEALTH, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT (HSE) TRAINING ATTENDANCE

All employees have the duty to attend the HSE Induction Training and other compulsory training courses delivered, to work in
accordance with rules explained in the training courses, and those stipulated in related legal regulations. This form shall be handed
over to Human Resources Department upon completion.
