Teaching sequence.
Duration: 2 hours

In the first hour, the children engage in activities related to the parts of the house.

During the initial 10 minutes, the teacher welcomes the children, delivers a presentation,
and inquires if they recall specific parts of the house in English (e.g., bedroom, kitchen,
bathroom). If necessary, a review of the primary house components is conducted with
the aid of materials provided to the students in a prior class.

Following the welcome, there is a 15-minute memory game. Cards featuring images of
various house parts, such as the bedroom and living room, are prepared. The teacher
displays a card and states the corresponding word in English, prompting the children
to guess the location of that house component.

After the memory game, a 15-minute song and dance activity take place during which a
song concerning the parts of the house is played. Simple movements and dances
associated with each house part are introduced.

The last 20 minutes of the first hour are dedicated to a creative painting exercise. Children
are supplied with house drawings and are given the opportunity to illustrate their
favorite house component.

with locating these numbers and identifying them in English.

Later, a 20-minute number bingo game takes place. Bingo cards containing numbers from
1 to 60 are distributed. The announces the numbers in English, and the children mark
them on their cards.

A 5-minute video for pronunciation of numbers from 1 to 60 is shown, providing an

animated yet clear review of the English number pronunciation.

Following the video, a 10-minute homework assignment is given, involving a small number
of exercises for the children to practice at home.
