Note: Paid promotion for the campaigns will be done from client’s bank account. We believe

o The final quote varies depending upon specific

mind holidays, weekends, current availability and
workload.
o Payment terms are different for different services, which

1. Listing/Catalogcorrection:
* Quality images & Product details will be shared by the seller.
* Total of 15 new basic listings will be done in a month.
* 10 A+ listing per month. (Existing to A+) (Creatives won’t be part of It) -

2. Photography of products: -
- White background photographs as per ecommerce parameter. - INR 2000/- Includes
your photoshoot of Kit & 4 creatives

3. Pricing management for Amazon & Flipkart:

* Amazon costing again the selling price.
* Market trending prices for the category/product.

4. FBA upgrade Amazon & fAssured for Flipkart:

* We will help with the FBA registration process to shipment creation. -
Seller will need to manage the logistics to inbound the shipment

5. Catalog/grievance escalation for Amazon & Flipkart

* Case log follow-up& escalation in seller support.
* In some cases, the seller will have to provide relevant documents to resolve the issue.
(i.e., license copy, the purchase invoice) * Case log resolution depends on amazon policy.

6. Basic sales report

* MOM report will be shared with sellers. (i.e., order the report, returns, MTR reports) -
Please note that Tax or reconcile reports are not included

7. Amazon & Flipkart Advertising & Promotion Management:

* We will create and manage the advertising campaigns.
* We will also help in promotional activities like deals, coupon codes, etc.

8. Account Health Management:

* Account Health policies & notifications.
* Plan of action against any policy violation (1 POA per month)
Terms & Conditions of KRA:

1. Reporting will set once a week. (First or last day of the week - as per seller's
convenience)

2. The seller needs to prepare their queries and we will address them during the
weekly conversation.

3. Our ETA (end time action) will depend on amazon processes.

4. Sunday will be a week off, hence no communication unless there is a business

emergency like a suspension or order blocked.
