Design : Performing Art Centre
Year : 2020
Site location : Kovalam, Chennai

The Art centre emerges as a vibrant cultural oasis, blending art, education, and
recreation. This multifaceted centre boasts three distinct auditoriums, a
Proscenium, Black Box, and Thrust, providing versatile spaces for performance.
Complementing these are a Digital Library, Open-Air Theater, Display Gallery, and
a Fine-Arts Training Centre, offering a rich tapestry of artistic experiences.

Following the concept of "Serial Vision," the campus unfolds as a continuous


discovery, ensuring visitors always find something new without feeling
disoriented. A tranquil water body aligns with the site's boundary, creating a
scenic pedestrian park for sunset strolls. A thoughtfully designed food court

completes the experience, catering to diverse needs. With open spaces and
buildings attuned to the sea breeze, this design effortlessly blends
contemporary and modern elements of design, making it a haven for creativity
and culture.

Design : Mixed Use Campus
Year : 2019
Site location : Nandambakkam, Chennai

The Mixed Use Campus reimagines urban living with a dynamic blend of Office,
Club House, and Residence, embracing the "Work-Play-Live" ethos. At its core, the
office building serves as the headquarters for a leading automobile company,
drawing inspiration from the world of automation to craft a striking facade.

Nestled within this vibrant campus, the club house offers leisure and recreation
which is accessible to both office staff and residents. The pedestrian bridges in
the campus connects these elements, fostering a sense of community.

The apartment complex, with its stilt parking and socializing spaces, adapts
gracefully to the surrounding wind patterns. Its design, a dance of solid and void,
creates a harmonious living environment. This transformative campus is designed
to embody modern urban living at its finest.

The Architectural School transcends traditional education boundaries. Rooted in


the belief that architecture is best learned through practical experience, this
project transforms the buildings and landscape into teaching tools. Students are
immersed in a living textbook, where architectural concepts, principles, and
elements of design come to life.

Designed to harness the region's abundant sunlight and natural wind channels,
the campus is designed to showcase sustainable attributes. With a raw,
unadorned aesthetic, concrete and brick stand as starkly beautiful materials,
embracing the essence of Brutalism. The structures, diverse in form and scale,

nurtures passive cooling techniques and natural ventilation, creating an
environment that exemplifies both form and function. This campus is designed to
showcase the power of architecture to educate and inspire.

Design : Automobile Museum and Expo
Year : 2022
Site location : Irungattukottai, Chennai

Nestled within the heart of a renowned race track, the Museum is a tribute to the
world of automobiles. Inspired by the aesthetics of cars, this museum boasts a
design that mirrors the very essence of automotive artistry.

As visitors journey through the halls, the museum narrates the history of cars,
from their humble beginnings to the futuristic innovations of today and tomorrow.
The campus hosts both an Outdoor and an Indoor Expo Center, inviting
automobile companies to unveil their latest creations.

A treasure trove for automobile enthusiasts, the campus includes a library, a

virtual racing simulator zone, and a restoration garage. For the adventurous, a
go-kart track and a public racing circuit await, offering the thrill of speed. The
facade, intricately patterned like tire treads, pays homage to the world of cars,
making every moment here a celebration of automotive history. Overlooking the
racing circuit, a hotel with an outdoor swimming pool completes the experience.

Design : Montessori school
Year : 2019
Site location : Senmangal, Chennai.

The Montessori is a testament to the transformative power of education. Designed


to spark curiosity in young minds, the school follows the concept of "Serial
Vision." The layout introduces children to a sequence of engaging spaces,
encouraging exploration and creativity.

Breaking the mold of conventional design, the campus features walls that defy
tradition, emphasizing boundless possibilities in architecture. Raw concrete and
bricks form the canvas, inviting children to experience the tactile nature of
materials.

The use of perforated panels as facade treatment with vibrant colors adds an
element of playfulness. The semi-open library, resembling a tree of knowledge,
offers a central space for learning, playing, and dreaming, harking back to ancient
Indian teaching traditions.

Design : Residential cum Commercial
Year : 2023
Site location : Thoraipakkam, Chennai

The Project is a fusion of residential and commercial spaces, elevating modern


living to new heights. The interior embraces open planning to flood spaces with
natural light, creating an ambiance of spaciousness and connectivity with the
surroundings.

The residence, adorned with a Juliet balcony, beckons inhabitants to embrace


nature and community. A private terrace garden serves as an idyllic setting for
both formal gatherings and casual social moments.

On the exterior, an Indo-Saracenic design approach is evident, with exposed

brickwork and clerestory-style windows. This design endeavor successfully
bridges the realms of conventional and modern aesthetics, offering a truly unique
and versatile living experience. The structure embodies the essence of
contemporary living, uniting tradition and innovation.
