ABSTRACT

Water quality is one of the most overlooked aspects of pond management

until it affects fish productions. This research tends to develop and seek solution
on this problem. The concept of automating a system on how the fishpond
operates has been proved through the use of the sensors and controllers. The
“Unsupervised Electronic Mobile Raft” uses sensors; temperature sensor and PH
level sensor that will monitor the condition of the water in the fish pond. The
temperature, Dissolve oxygen Level and PH level of the fish pond water greatly
affects the condition of the fishpond habitants. To be able to control the said
parameters there is a pre-defined limit on the program used that will determine
the actuation of the paddle wheels. This utility model, mobile raft is operated
through a direct current (DC) power supply.

The mobile raft will provide the fishpond owners a way of controlling the
parameters that affect the life of the fish namely; temperature, dissolved oxygen
level and Ph level by the utilization of the functions and capabilities of the
sensors and microcontrollers.
