Step 1.As an employees of a certain company, we are accounted to face the problem,
because it's our ideas and skill, so basically we are responsible for any circumstances.

Step 2. We are accountable to do it. Not because we are ordered to do it, but because
we are part of the company and as an employee we have responsibility to be fulfilled.
Like what we said in the moral agent it is mentioned in interpersonal, that some of us
agreed and some are not. It stated that we need to do it, so we chose option 1 to grant
our request and to make everybody satisfied.

Step 3. We know everyone in the company is accredited to do the job. It was a first time
opportunity so the employer, management and employees should be part of the
problem.

Step 4. In the side of our supervisor, he will gain in our condition and also the employer
and management. Because if the machine is already done, it will improve the production
and us, the employee will become productive because of the condition.
Step 5. I think our condition is morally right, well because the result will never make him
unemployed or in our side too we do not risk anything to undergo to the situation so that
our condition is morally accepted based on successful result or failed result to the
problem of the company.

Step 6. We offer a win win situation so we think that this supervisor will agree.
