1.0 Executive Summary


Students are sometimes frustrated by the difficulty of finding the right snacks
that is budget-friendly and yummy at the same time. They’re looking for a way to
budget their money from breakfast to snacks until lunch.

A new product that we have been planning is entitled “Fudge Flan” a small
business located at San Antonio, Delfin Albano, Isabela owed by a group of five
HUMSS (Humanities and Social Sciences) students, Jewel Reyno, Kathrina Villanueva/
Rodly Tungpalan, Mark Ronald Pascual and Joseph Terrenal. The said product will be
focusing through out all students, from elementary to junior high to senior high
school. The said product will be sold put in amount of 25 php.

Fudge Flan prides itself in the exceptional customer service and attention to
detail the pastry we will serve. We will make sure that customer are always right and
we will be maintaining the good reputation of our product until it will grow so.

Product features are, the said leche flan will be put in a cup to be more handy
and resourceful. The spoon is made up of bamboo so that it will be environmentally
friendly. The leche flan is composing of fudge bar, milk, condense and gelatin. It will
also has variety flavors of chocolate, matcha and strawberry.

Management team, the said group will be operating and opening the business. In
weekdays they will sell and on weekends they will be making leche flan. They also
accept bulk reserve orders for events and programs. Sales projection assumes 100
customer per day resulting 2,500 php daily sales.
