Providing and fixing Proofex Engage at 4mm thick a Pre-applied HDPE
waterproofing membrane which mechanically bonds to poured concrete
slabs, remaining in place if settlement of substrate occurs.Pre-applied
HDPE waterproofing membrane is a unique patented system comprising a
complex cell mesh bonded to a polyethylene membrane, which allows
poured concrete to interlock with the membrane forming a tenacious
mechanical bond. Pre-applied HDPE waterproofing membrane to be laid
on PCC and fix on vertical shuttering by keeping 75 mm overlap with
adjecent membrane, joints to be fixed by removing release paper of self
adhesive selvedged strip,vertical and horizontal corners to be treated by Rate only Sqm
using ancillary product like Proofex Details strips & Proofex L Section and
filling corners using suitable sealant material etc.completer as per
manufacturer's specification.
The wateproofing works shall also include the treatment of tie rods,
bracing angle etc which are anchored in shuttering for holding the same

BOX TYPE WATERPROOFING

Providing box type waterproofing treatments for below raft slab and
retaining wall sides of the basement floor / lift shaft pit , UGWT as detailed 200 Sqm
in technical specifications under relevant chapter

Providing and applying water swellable-basic at strater joints polymer-

hydrophilic waterstops Supercast SW10 at all construction joints,
Supercast SW10 shall have unrestrained volumetric expansion up to
300%, Shore A hardness of 25 to 35, Hydrostatic pressure resistance of of Rate only Rmt
100 meters. Supercast SW20 shall be fixed to the concrete using
Supercast SWX a gun grade hydrophilic adhesive

TERRACE / PODIUM WATERPROOFING SYSTEMS

Conventional type of waterproofing
Providing terrace water proofing treatment over the roof slab as detailed in
technical specifications under relevant chapter. The AAC Block thickness
upto 125mm to be included in this Item and finished with IPS etc 2,632 Sqm
complete.
Thickness above 125mm Brick bat to be measure separately and paid
-
under this item.
Providing and filling well burnt brick bats in the roof / terrace slab portion
using CM 1:3 admixture with CONPLAST X 421 IC or equivalent
including curing, consolidated compaction etc., complete. Rate shall
include the cost of integral waterproofing compound and allied materials Rate only Cum
required. The mode of measurement shall be the volume of brick bats
layer.

Thickness above 125mm light weight blocks to be measure separately

and paid under this item.
Providing and filling using light weight blocks in the roof / terrace slab
portion using CM 1:3 & admixture with CONPLAST X 421 IC or
equivalent including curing, consolidated compaction etc., complete. Rate
shall include the cost of integral waterproofing compound and allied
materials required. The mode of measurement shall be the volume of light 329 Cum
weight filling layer.
Contractor to note the similar specification to be adhere as per Roof
waterproofing used for Brick bat.
Providing and applying High Albedo Sri coating Hydroshield LW/
Equivalent in primer + 2 coats @ 1 lit/sqm. with warranty for 5 years with < Rate only Sqm
