Ghaile: Alright so, first let’s start with the main topic, what is a democratic country? A democratic
country has a system of government in which the people have the power to participate in
decision-making. Each democracy is unique and works in different ways. In some democracies
citizens help make decisions directly by voting on laws and policy proposals (direct democracy).

Rax: In this roleplay, we will explore the differences between American and Philippine
democratic systems and how that could affect the character's experience in the new country.
You could also dive into themes of freedom, equality, and political participation, and how they
are expressed differently in the two cultures. Overall, this could be a great opportunity to explore

amazed by the hustle and bustle of the city, and the colorful street vendors selling food and
