event.

2. Providing several options for the locations of the event will help the client to choose the best and accessible location to
held the event and improves the number of attendees because there are some cases that other attendees would not come to
the event because of the choosen location. The concept of the proximity to the market, the rent price, demographics, the
infrastructure and accessibility of the venue or location and safety are the most important things to be considered in
choosing the locationa and venue of the event.

expenses, commissions and other raw materials and also the production will decreases and on the other hand the fixed
