The Leadership Academy is a continually evolving organization with a dynamic set
of initiatives that will help uncover in people from different walks of life - students
and executives - their inner courage & self confidence to engage with and address
increasingly complex, multi- disciplinary issues with particular attention to ethics,
equity and environment - in a holistic and inclusive fashion.

Samvaad:
A student-run organization of IIT Kharagpur. As a part of our core mission, we aim
to promote a nationalistic school of thought within the student community. To do
so, we strive to provide our community with discourses across various fields such
as science, history, economics, finance, law, journalism etc. Our past speakers
include Shri Sanjeev Sanyal, Shri Anuj Dhar, Shri J. Sai Deepak, Shri Abhijit Iyer
Mitra, Sushri Ami Ganatra, and others.
