mother, ELENA A. CANUEL and containing an area of SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED
SEVENTY NINE SQUARE METERS AND FIVE DECIMETER (75,679.5), under the following terms and
conditions:

PRICE: THREE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (Php 350.00) per square meter NET of all taxes and
expenses for transfer;

This authority is NON-EXCLUSIVE and is valid only for a period of FIVE (5) months from
today. No overpricing is allowed.

If the sale pushes thru with them as the agents, I undertake to give to the above-named
agents, the sum equivalent to five per cent (5%) of the selling price less taxes and fees due the
government.
