ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT

I, JULIAN ARTADI TEVES, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a

resident of Bantayan, Dumaguete City, through my authorized
representative GRACE ENSAO BANABANA, hereto acknowledge my
personal and actual receipt from ROSARIO “CHATO” TEVES, the
OWNER’S DUPLICATE COPY OF TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE
NO. 36464, embracing a parcel of land known as Lot 8-A-C-2 situated in
the Barrio of Bantayan, City of Dumaguete, containing an area of eight
hundred six (806) square meters for the purpose of processing the
cancellation of an encumbrance denominated as an ADVERSE CLAIM
on the title docketed as Entry No. 162582 which I caused to be annotated
thereto on July 23, 2008 before the Registry of Deeds of Dumaguete City.

I undertake to immediately return said Owner’s Duplicate Copy of

Transfer Certificate of Title No. 3464 once the Adverse Claim has been
cancelled and the Owner’s Duplicate handed over to me by the Registry of
Deeds of Dumaguete City.
