The logo and its elements:

B. Business Location

The business will be located at Sariaya, Quezon, which is a strategic location for the
target market. Sariaya is a first-class municipality in the province of Quezon, with a population
of 148,980 as of 2015. It is also a major agricultural and commercial center in the region, with
several businesses and industries operating in the area. The location of the business will be
accessible and convenient for car owners who need automotive services.

It is easily accessible and convenient for our customers, employees, and suppliers. Our
location is near the main road and public transportation routes, which makes it easy for
customers to reach us. We also have ample parking space and a mobile service option for
customers who prefer to have their cars serviced at their homes or offices. Our location is also
close to our suppliers of eco-friendly products and equipment, as well as our partners from local
businesses and organizations.
 It has reasonable costs and benefits. We have negotiated a favorable lease agreement with
the building owner, who is also one of our investors. We pay PHP 50,000 per month for a 200-
square meter space that can accommodate our office, workshop, and storage areas. We also pay
for utilities, taxes, and insurance, which amount to about PHP 20,000 per month. However, we
also benefit from the building’s amenities, such as security, maintenance, internet, and backup
power. We also save on energy costs by using solar panels and water conservation systems.

C. Brief Description of the Business

The founders of ECOS auto repair shop are a group of friends who share a passion for
cars and the environment. They met at the Technical Education and Skills Development
Authority (TESDA) in Sariaya, where they enrolled in the Automotive Servicing course. They
learned the skills and knowledge to perform various car maintenance and repair tasks, as well as
the importance of eco-friendly practices and products in the auto industry.

They are currently in their final year of study at TESDA and they are preparing to
graduate with flying colors. They have decided to pursue their dream of starting their own
business after graduation. They have already saved some money and secured some loans from
their families and friends to rent a space in a commercial building in downtown Sariaya. They
have also researched and sourced some advanced technology and equipment, as well as eco-
friendly products and practices, to offer high-quality and convenient auto services to their
customers.

They plan to launch ECOS auto repair shop in 2023, with the vision of becoming the
leading provider of eco-friendly auto services in Sariaya. They aim to grow their customer base
and revenue, as well as their reputation and recognition in the market. They also hope to
