- If you need to expand your knowledge to prepare well for the midterm if the slides are not
enough, you can read the textbooks below (all extended answers used in the textbooks below
are considered valid):

- Previous quiz, HW.
- Group’s project materials.
C. SOME TIPS
- Với phần lý thuyết, các bạn đọc lại hết tất cả các slide, các khái niệm (mỗi khái niệm các bạn
tự đặt ra một example).
- Đọc thêm textbook.
- Đọc lại hết các tài liệu liên quan đến project nhóm (project charter, project cost…) vì khả
năng đề thi sẽ có hỏi.

method to find LS, LF; Activity Slack)
• Probabilistic time estimates (calculation)
• Probabilistic network analysis (calculation)

• Project crashing (calculation)

IV. Project Cost Management
• Project Cost Management definition (including Resource Planning, Cost Estimating,
Cost Budgeting, Cost Control)
• Life Cycle Cost (definition + calculation)
• Vẽ Work Breakdown Structure (dùng chính project của các bạn)
• Dựa trên WBS, tính tổng cost bằng cách áp dụng một trong hai method, Top-down
hoặc Bottom-up (dùng chính project của các bạn)
