Physical Education and pursuing Sports Business Management with a passion for Sports and vast
knowledge in Soccer operations. I am excited to contribute to the success of the TFC Academy and
MLSE. I have been following your organization for many years and particularly drawn to MLSE’s
reputation as a leader in the Pro - sports and entertainment industry, and the TFC Academy’s
commitment to developing youth soccer. I firmly believe that my educational background,
interpersonal skills, and professional experience being a Pro-soccer player make me a strong
candidate for this entry- level position.

My educational background in Sports Business Management from Lambton College has equipped me
with a deep understanding of operations management, event planning, and organizational leadership.
During my coursework, I gained proficiency in analyzing data, problem- solving, and project
management, which are critical skills for coordinating operations within a dynamic and fast paced
environment like the TFC Academy. On top of that, I completed several NCCP coaching modules, and
volunteered at soccer, basketball, and recreational events at the college. Something that really
attracted me to this role was your career advancement opportunities in North America, and
commitment to an inclusive workplace for all the employees. I am confident that my strengths like
analytical mindset, love of learning and honesty will allow me to excel in this role.
