AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

WE, EMELY B. ASUIT and GEMMA M. FLORES, both of legal age, Filipinos, and residents of
Prk. Tolentino, Brgy. Morales, City of Koronadal, South Cotabato and Prk. Malipayon, Brgy. Rizal,
Banga, South Cotabato, after having been sworn to in accordance to law hereby depose and state,
that:

1. We personally know VICENTE S. AYALA, with residential address at Brgy. Rizal, Banga South
Cotabato, and GLORIA GULMATICO, with residential address at Brgy. Rizal, Banga, South
Cotabato;

2. We know based on our personal knowledge that VICENTE S. AYALA owns and occupies a
parcel of land identified as Lot No. 2569 Pls 213-D-10 evidenced by Tax Declaration No. L-
0041091;

3. We also personally know that GLORIA GULMATICO owns and occupies a parcel of land
identified as Lot No. 2572 evidenced by Tax Declaration No. L-0041093;

4. We know the foregoing facts because we were neighbors and friends of VICENTE S. AYALA
and GLORIA GULMATICO;

5. We are not related to either VICENTE S. AYALA or GLORIA GULMATICO either by affinity or
consanguinity and have no interest in whatsoever this affidavit could be of use, either
directly or indirectly;

6. We are executing this Joint Affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing
statement for whatever legal purpose this affidavit may serve;
