Dear M. Dada,

This letter is the confirmation of our agreement and our commitment to become the
strategic creative industry partner of AFRIMA 2023 through our subsidiaries Social Nation Africa
(SNA) and Mansa Musik Group (MMG). After the previous discussion, we are ready to
sign an agreement with your company. We have agreed to the following things: We
are to facilitate the costs related to the logistics arrangements of two invited artists
“Tekno” & “Akon” as well as other related costs up to a combined total of
100,000,000 XOF.

Terms and conditions are that we are bestowed:

1. International brand awareness at the following key events; Africa Music
Business Summit, AFRIMA Music Village and AFRIMA Award show.
2. Performance by our MMG artist from Cap Vert at the AFRIMA Music Village
event.
3. 45sec-1min video to promote SNA during the AWARD SHOW
4. Interventions at the AFRICAN MUSIC BUSINESS SUMMIT by ADS Global
& SNA/MMG representatives
5. NATIONAL SILVER PARTNER benefits
