TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CURRENT ACCOUNT HOLDER

1. I understand and agree that this transfer shall not take effect nor be binding on GLOBE TELECOM, INC. (“GLOBE”) until after its approval
by GLOBE. I shall, as a precondition to the approval of this transfer of ownership, agree to transfer any and all unbilled and outstanding
bills, which accrued prior to the date of GLOBE’s approval of the transfer of ownership in accordance with the terms and conditions set by
GLOBE.
2. I further acknowledge and agree that this transfer of ownership is without prejudice to GLOBE’s billing for any and all local NDD, IDD,
incoming collect and operator-assisted calls and all other charges which may be hereafter be discovered as having accrued before the
effective date of this transfer, all of which I agree to transfer to the new account holder, subject to his/her acceptance, in accordance
with terms and conditions set by GLOBE.
3. I agree that the effectivity of this transfer of ownership is further contingent on GLOBE’s approval of the new subscriber in accordance with
its existing policies and requirements. GLOBE has the sole discretion to approve or disapprove any transfer and to terminate the account,
as necessary.
4. I hereby hold GLOBE free and harmless from any liabilities or claims for such disapproval or termination under this agreement.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR NEW ACCOUNT HOLDER

1. I understand and agree that this transfer shall not take effect nor be binding on GLOBE TELECOM, INC. (“GLOBE”) until after its approval
by GLOBE. As a precondition to the approval of this transfer of ownership, I hereby accept the liability to pay any and all unbilled and
outstanding bills prior to the date of GLOBE’s approval in relation to the account being transferred. I understand and agree that my failure to
settle any unbilled and outstanding bills shall be a ground for the disapproval of the transfer and the termination of the account being
transferred, as necessary.
2. I understand and agree that after this approval by GLOBE, I shall pay any and all unbilled and outstanding bills of the transferor which
will be reflected within 1-2 billing cycles after the approval.
3. I agree that the effectivity of this transfer of ownership is further contingent on GLOBE’s approval of the new subscriber in accordance with
its existing policies and requirements. GLOBE has the sole discretion to approve or disapprove any transfer and to terminate the account,
as necessary..
4. I hereby hold GLOBE free and harmless from any liabilities or claims for such disapproval or termination under this agreement.
5. I agree to continue and be bound by the terms and conditions of any sales promo availed of by the current account holder until the lapsing
period stated in the promo and that there will be no termination and/or downgrading within the time period specified in the promo.
6. As the new account holder, I hereby confirm that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of the Subscriber Agreement found
at globe.com.ph/terms-and-conditions and that I shall strictly comply, abide and consent to these terms and conditions and any future
amendments thereto.
7. Further, I hereby, confirm that I have read and understood the Globe’s Privacy Policy as stated in
https://www.globe.com.ph/privacy-policy.html and that I shall strictly comply, abide and consent by these terms and conditions and any
future amendments thereto.
