After the series of the learning experiences, the students should be able to:
1. differentiate the basic methods of cooking.
2. cook food using the different methods of cooking.
3. prepare ingredients by applying the various techniques like slice, chop, mince, cube,
etc.

Create a simple breakfast recipe with using the appropriate food
preparation techniques and cooking methods in the recipe.

ACTUAL COOKING
The class will be divided into four groups. Each group will be given a task
to Cook and present of Dry heat cooking method, moist heat cooking method and
combination cooking method.
