1. Introduction and Purpose of the
Study
A study “Dilemma of Grade 12 STEM
working students between job satisfaction
and academic performance” attempts to
evaluate the correlation of Grade 12 STEM
working students between job satisfaction
and academic performance. The purpose
of this study is to understand the concept
of the Grade 12 STEM who's working and
aiming for an excellent performance
academically.
2. Description of the Research
We are a group of Senior High
students from the Our Lady of Fatima
University - Antipolo Campus, currently
conducting a study entitled: “Dilemma of
Grade 12 STEM working students in Our
Lady Of Fatima University between job
satisfaction and academic performance”.
We are humbly asking you to help us
answer this survey and help us gather
information. All information gathered
from the survey will be used just for
research purposes and will not be publicly
disclosed. As per RA 10173 of the Data
Privacy Act of 2012, all personal and or/
Informed Consent
sensitive information obtained and
disclosed through this questionnaire shall
be utilized solely for the purposes of the
study.
3. Subject Participation
We anticipate that at least 20
Grade 12 STEM working students from
Our Lady of Fatima UniversityAntipolo
Campus will participate in this study and
viewpoints on the topic of our research.
We would appreciate it if you could take
5-10 minutes to complete our survey
questionnaire.
4. Potential Risks and Discomforts
There are no known risks or
discomfort associated with the research
study.
5. Potential Benefit
The participation of the respondents
in this research may benefit the Through
your participation in this study, you may
benefit as a result of your participation in
this study, and we will be able to give
academic considerations to grade
12 senior highschool stem students at Our
lady of fatima University- Antipolo
Campus who are working and at the same
time studying. The study will enable us to
identify those students who are trying to
manage work and school in order to meet
their basic needs. Future high school
students may find the study's findings
helpful in understanding the
circumstances of their peers and what it's
like to be a working student.
6. Confidentiality
All information gathered from the survey
will be used just for research purposes
and will not be publicly disclosed. As per
RA 10173 of the Data Privacy Act of 2012,
all personal and or/ sensitive information
obtained and disclosed through this
questionnaire shall be utilized solely for
the purposes of the study.
Authorization
By signing this form, you agree to the use
and disclosure of the following
information for this study: The researchers
will then authorize all of the data they
have gathered for research purposes.
7. Compensation
This study guarantees that there is no
compensation for participants, but the
researchers will appreciate and be grateful
for the participation.
8. Voluntary Participation and
Authorization
The participation of the participants in this
study is entirely voluntary, and If the
participants have any concerns or
questions they are free to contact the
researcher through their email address.
9. Withdrawal from the Study
and/or Withdrawal of
Authorization
You have the option to withdraw from the
research study at any time. Furthermore,
if you wish to cancel your participation,
you will not be penalized, and no further
penalties will be imposed. Despite the fact
that we encourage you to complete the
report, you have the ability to withdraw at
any moment. If you withdraw, your
confidentiality is still guaranteed.
10. Cost/Reimbursements
Due to COVID-19, the researchers were
unable to conduct an actual interview and
survey Grade 12 students outside due to
safety protocols. As a result, we
conducted our study using web
questionnaires to guarantee the safety of
our participants. Therefore, there will be
no cost to you for participating in this
study. You will no longer incur expenses
for materials, supplies, or transportation.
