Sleeping Places
Honestly that title doesn’t make that much sense but I’m basically just referencing where you
sleep like maybe your bedroom or living room or wherever it is that you feel most comfortable
sleeping at. I think the one thing I’ve always wondered about is why it’s easier for some people
to fall asleep practically anywhere while for others it doesn’t matter how tired they are they can
only fall asleep in one place. I’m also like that and it even affects me in my own house like
unless it’s my own bed I absolutely can not fall asleep. There is one more bed in the house I feel
comfortable asleep at but I feel like that has to do with the temperature of it like for instance I
sleep in a triple bunk bed and sleep all the way at the top and as you can imagine it gets hot up
there to the point where it gets irritating and it’s takes even longer for me to fall asleep. It kinda
this thing of the three bears the bottom bunk gets way to cold sometimes I don’t even bother but
the middle bunk doesn’t get too hot or too cold so it’s nice staying there but again even though
it’s a nice temperature it still takes a while for me to sleep there cause it’s not my bed so it can
take a while but if I were to be anywhere else but my bed or the middle bunk I stay up til maybe
3 or 5 which made my sleep schedule because I wake up somewhere around 6 because that’s
when everyone else gets up and ready because of school or work and by that time I don’t even
bother trying to get more sleep because it’s not worth it especially because if I do actually fall
asleep I might end up sleeping in more than needed. Although nights away from my bed are
always rough I feel like I get one of my best sleeps when I get back to my bed so there’s at least
that.
