RE: IT Support Engineer

I am writing to apply for the role of IT Support Engineer recently advertised at Amazon. I have
proven experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience, as well
as a sound knowledge of IT infrastructure components. I am known for my extensive
dedication to a range of technology projects and I always ensure that my creativity and
attention to detail is at the heart of everything that I do.

I hold a first-class degree in computer science, and during my studies, I had a concerted
focus on web development, in addition to a keen appreciation of the importance of
communication and teamwork, developed during numerous collaborative projects. I also
have experience managing the tech society at my university, which provided me with some
invaluable work experience. In this role, I organised events, liaised with technology
professionals and developed my leadership.

Whilst my previous opportunities have given me a fantastic foundation to work on, I’ve come to
realise that I am ready for a new challenge. I firmly believe that we share a number of values,
- including curiosity and innovation - and I particularly find your recent machine learning
applications an amazing example of said innovation.
