Dearest Pastors,

Balud Empowered Youth Organization for Nation’s Difference (BEYOND) with the support and
supervision of Balud Ministerial Fellowship (BMF) invites you for an Inter-church Youth Camp 2023
with the theme: “Beyond Limits: Breaking the Barriers of Limitations” on July 24-27 at Guiling’s
Compound, Palani, Balud, Masbate.

This event has three main objectives:

1. To help the youth to have a genuine relationship with Jesus and have a breakthrough in
their lives.
2. To lead them on who can they turn to for help to break the barriers of limitations such as:
Sin, Pride, Spiritual immaturity, misplaced priorities, and purposelessness.
3. Teach them to have the power to break all the limitations surrounding their finances,
family, academics, spiritual growth and career.

Registration fee is only 100php for the miscellaneous expenses that will be incurred in the entire
duration of the event. Each registered camper will get a free Camp’s notepad and tribe’s bandana.
Foods for the campers/participants will be shouldered by church.

Camp shirts is available at the event for only 150php.

The campers are advised to bring the following:

-RAINCOATS!
-Tents (Note: There are no rooms in the Event’s place)
- Own personal hygiene kit
-Beddings (Highly advised to bring raincoats for your bags and beddings)
-Clothes for four nights and four days (Highly advised to bring sports shirts/jerseys, closed-neck shirts
for vigorous activities, and formal attire to wear for the last night of the event).
-Extra money (There are available food stalls at the event)

There will be a Tent Making Contest to be participated by every church. Winners will receive a
certificate and a cash prize.

Criteria for Tent Making:

-Creativity. (The tent must have space enough -40%

for the participants, good tent height -you should be able
to stand up straight in it, sense of space -large, moon
roofs and awnings can add a perception of space, and
creative aesthetic ideas that will make your church known).

-Resourcefulness. (The tent must be made of lightweight -30%

materials. Such as wood, tarps and etc).
 -Durability. (The tent must never collapse and will -30%
last until the last day of the event).
