3-2- Commodity Specification:
Specifications (as per the enclosed table) should be in
full compliance with the ……., 3207, 12968 and 5925
(Aflatoxin Level Measurement) of institute of
standards and industrial research of Iran.
Note 1- In the event of any conflict between the
specifications and the ISIRI, the latter is applicable.
Note 2- Only current crop is acceptable.
3-3- Unacceptable Cases:
- Any traces of chemical poisonous matters
- Any traces of molding
- Poisonous seeds more than 3 seeds per 100 gram.
- The goods contamination to radioactive radiation in
terms of total caesium 134 caesium 137 and ru 103
should not exceed 10 bq/ kg.
‐Analysis method must be as per Iran National
Standard no. ……, 3207, 12968 and 5925 (Aflatoxin
Level Method) confirmed by the Iran’s Veterinary
Organization (IVO).

Specifications (as per the enclosed table) should be in
full compliance with the 47, 3207, 13120, 12968 and
5925 (Aflatoxin Level Measurement) of institute of
standards and industrial research of Iran.
Note 1- In the event of any conflict between the
specifications and the ISIRI, the latter is applicable.
Note 2- Only current crop is acceptable.
Note 3- The Seller acknowledges that is fully aware of
the laws and regulations of I.R.Iran relating to the
Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) foods and
commits to deliver Non-GMO cargo(s). In case of proof
that the seller sent GMO cargo(s) to the destination
port(s), all the consequences of this issue and the
principal and consequential damages to the buyer shall
be borne by the seller.
