    Kopi Roti

    I.Objective:
    To make a kopi roti that is authentic and flavourful
    To create a kopi roti that is affordable and accessible to everyone
    II.TOOLS, MATERIALS & EQUIPMENT
    Tools Materials Equipment
    Mixing bowl Piping bag
    Whisk
    Weighing scale
    Spoon

    III.PROCEDURE:
    1. Mix melted butter or margarine and powdered sugar.
    2. Add egg whites gradually.
    3. Add bread flour and coffee and mix evenly.
    4. Pour mixture in a piping bag
    5. When dough has risen, pipe mixture on top. bake for 20-25
    minutes,350C

    Butter – 37
    Powdered sugar – 20
    Egg whites- 10
    Bread flour- 30
    Coffee powder - 6
