Quality: as per seller’s standard
Payment: T/T remittance within 60 days after the date of B/L to the account …
Document: Following documents
- Commercial Invoice
- Bill of lading marked “Freight prepaid”, consigned to OX PHARMA PVT.
LTD. Tatsumi-nishi, Ikuno-ku, Osaka 544- 8666, Japan and indicating notify
party as “The same as consignee”
- Packing list
- Certificate of Analysis issued by manufacturer (the Seller)
- Insurance policy covering up to final destination by 100% per total.
Other conditions:
- All spelling mistakes are acceptable
- The Seller has to inform the Buyer the details of shipment
- Full set of original documents to be sent right after completion of
loading to : Rohto Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., 1-8-1 Tatsumi-nishi,
Ikuno-ku, Osaka 544- 8666 Japan.
- The validity of this contract: 06(six) months from the signing date.
This contract is made via fax/email with full legal value.
