GREETINGS:

This refers to your electronic mail (e-mail) letter request for assistance against the developer,
Amaia Land Corp. [“Amaia”] for the water supply and its quality issues in Amaia Scapes,
San Fernando, Pampanga Project.

In order to bring to light your concern on this matter and afford you and Amaia the
opportunity to discuss the possibility of finding a solution and settling these matters, you are
hereby invited to appear and attend a conciliation conference together with the
representatives of Amaia on April 26, 2023 at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon, at the DHSUD
Building, Malikhain Street, Diosdado Macapagal Government Center, Barangay Maimpis,
City of San Fernando Pampanga.

Kindly bring a government issued identification card when you appear during the
conference.

Should you be unable to personally appear and attend said conference on said date and time,
you may execute the appropriate Special Power of Attorney [“SPA”] and authorize your
representative in your stead.

Finally, at the above-scheduled conference, the following safety protocols shall be observed
due to the present COVID-19 pandemic:

i. Only two representatives per party shall be allowed to attend the

hearing;

ii. Physical distancing shall be observed at all times;

iii. The designated conciliator and the parties shall wear face masks,
face shields or other personal protective equipment; and

iv. The attendees shall be required to accomplish a form asking for

their contact details (mobile number, email address and
complete residential address) and informing them that the
same will be shared with local

public health authorities in the event that any attendee becomes

ill with COVID-19. Any party who fails to accomplish such
form will not be allowed to attend the hearing.

HOA”] against the developer, Amaia Land Corp. [“Amaia”] for the water supply and its
quality issues in Amaia Scapes, San Fernando, Pampanga Project.

To bring to light this concern and in order to afford you and Amaia HOA the opportunity to
discuss the possibility of amicably settling these matters, you are hereby invited to appear and
attend a conciliation conference together with Amaia HOA on April 26, 2023 at 2:00
o’clock in the afternoon, at the DHSUD Building, Malikhain Street, Diosdado Macapagal
Government Center, Barangay Maimpis, City of San Fernando Pampanga.

Please bring proper proof of identification and duly notarized Secretary’s Certificate
authorizing you to represent the Company and appear on its behalf.

Should you be unable to personally appear and attend said conference on said date and time,
you may send your representative, armed with the appropriate Secretary’s Certificate, to
appear in your stead.

Finally, at the above-scheduled conference, the following safety protocols shall be observed
due to the present COVID-19 pandemic:
